Hurricane volleyball team matched up against Richard Bland on Monday Night and came home with a 3-0 win.  This was Richard Bland's first women's volleyball contest for their program.

Canes got off to a good start winning the first set 25-17.  Serve receive and serving led the way in the 2nd set. " We were able to make some headway from the service line, we kept Richard Bland

off balance and out of system. Also played great defense in set 2 and 3 which helped create some breathing room on our side of the net. We have some big matches coming up the next week, which will present

a great challenge for the team."

Canes won set 2 25-16 and set 3 25-17. Canes are now 6-1 on the season
