Following a 3-1 start and a 27-16 victory against Sussex County CC over the weekend, Louisburg College has earned its way into the NJCAA Division 3 Football Rankings in the latest polls, released Monday afternoon.
The Hurricanes were receiving votes after Week 3, but have officially entered the polls at #4 overall. College of DuPage is the highest ranked NJCAA Division 3 program, followed by #2 Minnesotta West Community & Tech, #3 is Hudson Valley CC and 5th-ranked North Dakota State College of Science rounds out the Top 5.
Next up for The Hurricanes is a short road trip to The Apprentice School on Saturday, September 28. The Builders (2-1) are coming off a 34-13 win over Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology that was much closer than the final score indicated.
