Women's Basketball Tops Guilford Tech

The Louisburg College Women's Basketball team secured a resounding victory against Guilford Technical Community College. The final score, 91-66, reflects the team's prowess on both ends of the court.

The opening quarter set the tone for the game, with Louisburg and GTCC evenly matched, both posting 20 points. However, as the game progressed, Louisburg College asserted control, showcasing their offensive and defensive capabilities.

Jade Clowney (Guard): Clowney's all-around performance was crucial in Louisburg's success. With 8 points and 3 rebounds, she demonstrated her scoring ability and contributed defensively, showcasing her versatility on the court.

Trinity Smith (Guard): In just 10 minutes of action, Smith was a perfect 5 for 5 from the field including 2 for 2 from the 3point line. Her offensive efficiency helped spark the Hurricanes to the victory.
