Bio

Sebie O’Neill comes to Louisburg to add more division one coaching experience to the Louisburg staff
specializing in coaching the hurdles and sprints. Prior to Louisburg Sebie served as a volunteer assistant
at the University of Louisiana at Monroe where he assisted all aspects the cross country and track
programs and received his master’s in forensic psychology.


Sebie also ran a season of track at ULM after graduate transferring to the Warhawks Program. At ULM
Sebie ran the 800 and 1500 finishing 18 th at the 2016 Sun Belt Conference Outdoor Track Championships
and helping the Warhawks Distance Medley Relay come 7 th at the 2016 Sun Belt Conference Indoor
Championships.


Prior to ULM Sebie ran four years of Cross Country at Nicholls State University where he won a school
record 4 Most Valuable Performer trophies and was elected team captain during his Senior Year. Sebie
Received his bachelor’s in psychology from ULM with a minor in Speech.


Sebie is a native of Canada where he ran for St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Secondary School.

cross country program to the track and field program. We have a lot of talented athletes and I am
excited to see how they can improve and reach the next level in terms of performance.”
