Lady canes volleyball team wins 3-0 over conference foe Guilford Tech

Lady canes volleyball have gotten off to a strong start to the 2019 season. They are 2-0 in the Region X conference and 3-0 overall.
They came out and defeated Guilford Tech 25-21,25-22,25-20. The canes controlled the game from the service line with 21 aces and only 8 errors.
"We did a good job of running Leah Tolson in the middle and she came thru tonight. Mckenna and Leah had 11 kills which got the team going. Along with great serving we managed to take the win.
We have a big match on Friday vs Surry CC here at home and we are looking forward to the challenge."
Jayla Thomas had 7 aces, Rebecca Brown had 6 aces and 27 assists to lead the way.
