Louisburg College Signs Record Class

Louisburg College Signs Record Class

With 35 athletes from five different states coming to Louisburg in the fall Coach Josh Hayman and the
Louisburg Cross Country program have brought in the largest freshman class in program history.
"I'm very excited about this recruiting class" said Coach Hayman "we have a lot of local talent, and we
were also able to scoop up some high-level athletes from neighboring states. I expect us to compete at
the national level and this is the type of class that you need to be able to do that. It's our second year
with a track program and you can see the excitement building on both the Men's and Women's side.
High school recruits are starting to recognize that we can help develop them into solid student athletes
and get them prepared for the NCAA level both academically and athletically. We're starting to see them
buy into our school and you can see the momentum building with how many athletes decided to come
to our program"
