Hurricanes Men’s Soccer finished the regular season Saturday with a 3-0 victory over Spartanburg Methodist College.

 

Louisburg attempted 7 shots on goal and were able to score on 3 of those attempts. Yuseke Kobayashi scored 2 goals (43:00-1st, 67:00-2nd) and David Amissi added 1 goal (64:00-2nd). Assisting for the Hurricanes was Marko Mitrevski (2) and Luke Boyce (1). 

This win clinches a regular season championship for the Hurricanes who finish undefeated (11-0). The conference tournament begins on October 30. Louisburg, however, will get a bye and play the winner of Spartanburg Methodist vs Wake Tech. This match will be played Saturday at Buford HS (Lancaster, SC) at noon. This is a semi-final match and the winner will play Sunday at noon.
